The visit was part of a professional exchange program on pavement maintenance and management, with the participation of the ASEAN–Japan expert delegation, representatives of regulatory agencies, experts, researchers, and business representatives from Ho Chi Minh City. The program was organized by the Vietnam Road Administration in coordination with Japanese partners, aiming to facilitate technical exchange and share practical experience in the field of pavement maintenance and management.

At BMT’s Dong Nai hot mix asphalt plant, the delegation directly toured the production line, learned about the quality control process, and reviewed the recycled material technology currently applied by BMT. BMT’s technical staff introduced the production system, quality control procedures, and recycling solutions that are being implemented in daily operations. The working session also provided an opportunity for BMT to exchange ideas and gain further professional experience from international experts.

Through this technical visit, BMT had the opportunity to share its practical production experience while also learning additional professional perspectives from experts from ASEAN countries and Japan.
