This recognition not only reflects the appreciation of the state management authority for RED’s strong commitment to legal compliance, but also serves as clear evidence of the company’s professionalism, transparency, and sense of responsibility in its production, business, and import–export activities.

On this occasion, the Customs Sub-department of Region XVII also presented Certificates of Commendation to 37 outstanding enterprises that have demonstrated good compliance with customs regulations, achieved leading import–export turnover, and made significant contributions to the state budget; and expressed gratitude to the “Golden Hearts” of enterprises that supported disadvantaged families during the Lunar New Year of the Year of the Horse 2026.
