TCCT On December 15, 2022, the Hot Asphalt Concrete Production Plant Complex with a closed process from mining, transporting stone, importing asphalt to the final product, which is hot asphalt concrete, officially came into operation at Tan Cang Quarry Cluster, Dong Nai, contributing to providing high-quality asphalt products for key national projects.

The hot asphalt concrete factory complex, invested by BMT Construction Investment Joint Stock Company, started construction in August 2022; with a total investment of 100 billion VND; on an area of ​​about 27 hectares. The complex has a capacity of 560 tons/hour, with an annual output of about 1 million tons of hot asphalt concrete. When put into operation, the factory complex will provide the market with high-quality, uniform hot asphalt concrete products due to the control of aggregates, especially small particles of 0-5mm, from a quarry and a grinder. The uniform moisture of the rock creates a constant temperature of hot asphalt concrete, making construction at the construction site more convenient, saving construction costs and the health of workers at the construction site. In addition, being produced according to a closed, industrial process, the product will be managed in terms of quality and origin of input materials.

To meet current regulations on technology and environment, BMT Construction Investment Joint Stock Company has chosen modern technology to limit dust and smoke, thanks to the closed process of quarrying stone being transferred to the conveyor belt to the tank and then to the mixing station, reducing the transportation process on the road, avoiding rush hour, contributing to reducing accidents and traffic congestion, stabilizing social order and security. According to experts, this is the first closed-loop hot asphalt concrete production plant complex in Vietnam with large capacity, laying the foundation for a construction service industry in the field of transport infrastructure.
