• Official Letter No. 2635/SXD-VLXDMT dated March 12, 2026 issued by the Department of Construction of Tay Ninh Province regarding the implementation of information disclosure for organizations engaged in construction specialized testing activities;

Status of Disclosure Implementation

To date, LAS-XD 1135 Laboratory has:

• Completed the preparation of documentation in accordance with the guidance provided in Official Letter No. 2635/SXD-VLXDMT;

• Submitted all required documents (from Item 1 to Item 13 as prescribed) to the Department of Construction of Tay Ninh Province;

• Submission date: April 8, 2026.

The disclosure of information on the Company’s website is carried out in accordance with the requirements of the Department of Construction of Tay Ninh Province and completed before April 15, 2026.

Scope of Testing Activities

LAS-XD 1135 Laboratory is capable of performing construction specialized testing parameters in accordance with regulations, including:

• Testing of construction materials (cement, aggregates, soil, etc.)

• Testing of concrete and mortar

• Testing of asphalt concrete

• Testing of bitumen and bitumen emulsion

• Field testing for construction quality inspection

All tests are conducted in accordance with applicable standards such as TCVN, ASTM, AASHTO, and other relevant standards.

Disclosure Documentation

All documentation related to the disclosure of information on construction specialized testing activities of LAS-XD 1135 Laboratory has been prepared and submitted to the Department of Construction of Tay Ninh Province in accordance with regulations.
