Spanning over 15 hectares, the complex houses two high-tech mixing plants, Sany (320 tons/hour) and Xitong (240 tons/hour), with a total production capacity of up to 560 tons per hour.

The entire plant operates fully automated, featuring independent underground conveyor systems for each plant and raw material storage capable of holding over 15,000 tons of aggregate. This allows production activities to run continuously 24/7, demonstrating BMT’s sustainable, modern, and optimized operational capability. It is also a pioneering model of automation and environmentally friendly operations in Vietnam’s HMA industry.

With a superior production capacity of over 560 tons per hour, the Tân Cang – Đồng Nai Plant is ready to supply hot mix asphalt to markets in Đồng Nai, Ho Chi Minh City, Bình Dương, Bình Phước, Bà Rịa – Vũng Tàu, and parts of Lâm Đồng and Bình Thuận. This capability not only enables BMT to maintain complete control over its material supply but also provides a competitive advantage when participating in key transportation projects in the southern region.
