The Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway is one of the most modern and aesthetically impressive expressways in Vietnam. This expressway serves as a key arterial link between the capital city of Hanoi, the Hai Phong seaport, and the Northern Key Economic Region.BMT Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was honored to be selected as the main contractor for pavement construction on a section exceeding 70 kilometers, running through Hai Duong Province and Hai Phong City.The pavement works carried out by BMT included:PMB III Polymer Asphalt Concrete Course with thickness of 5cm, serving as the primary load-bearing course, enhancing rutting resistance and extending pavement lifespan. Asphalt Concrete Roughness Course, designed to improve skid resistance and surface friction, ensuring safety at high speeds.Accounting for 70% of the total polymer asphalt volume across the project, BMT mobilized:A system of three high-capacity asphalt mixing plants, Four modern specialized paving equipment lines, A dedicated team of experts, engineers, technicians, and skilled workers to ensure uninterrupted, safe, and efficient construction operations meeting tight timelines and stringent quality requirements set by the project owner.BMT was one of the first contractors in the industry to offer a 5-year construction warranty. To now over 10 years since completion, the pavement section constructed by BMT continues to maintain its excellent condition—with a smooth surface, no major defects, and outstanding safety for all vehicles in operation.The Hanoi – Hai Phong Expressway marks a significant milestone in the brand development journey of BMT. The Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway is the first expressway in Vietnam, playing a strategic role in connecting the Southern Key Economic Region with the Mekong Delta.BMT Construction and Investment Joint Stock Company was honored to be the designated contractor from the early stage of the project, affirming its capability and reputation in the field of high-standard transportation infrastructure construction.In addition, BMT was selected to carry out the repair of all pavement damages on the Ho Chi Minh City – Trung Luong Expressway. In this project, BMT pioneered the application of VTO (Very Thin Overlay) technology – a new and modern solution replacing the conventional NovaChip method, aiming to strengthen the pavement effectively, reduce costs, and extend service life.The entire repair project was completed by BMT on schedule, ensuring technical quality and traffic standards, contributing to the early reopening of the expressway, meeting the strict requirements of the investor and serving the increasing travel demand of the public.

The Ho Chi Minh City – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway is one of the most critical expressways in the Southern Key Economic Region, connecting Ho Chi Minh City with Dong Nai Province and Long Thanh International Airport. This project is also considered one of the most modern and technically demanding transportation infrastructures in Vietnam, with a design speed of up to 120 km/h. BMT construction investment joint stock company is proud to participate in the project as the contractor responsible for supplying and constructing the pavement structure, implementing all high-performance asphalt concrete layers, including: • ATB (Asphalt Treated Base) • ACB (Asphalt Concrete Base) • ACS (Asphalt Concrete Surface) • ACR (Asphalt Concrete Roughness) With asphalt concrete production volume accounting for more than 90% of the project’s total, BMT reaffirmed its position as a leading company in asphalt concrete production and paving in Vietnam. The Cau Gie – Ninh Binh Expressway is a key segment of the North–South Expressway (Eastern route), connecting Hanoi with the southern Red River Delta region. It plays a strategic role in Vietnam’s national transport network. BMT Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was honored to be selected as the main contractor for the execution of PMB III Polymer Asphalt Concrete Course with thickness of 5cm course and the Very Thin Overlay (VTO) course. The contract value VND 100 billion, covering a 20 km stretch through Ha Nam and Ninh Binh provinces. • The PMB III Polymer Asphalt Concrete Course with thickness of 5cm serves to increase load-bearing capacity, resist rutting and cracking, and extend pavement service life. • The VTO course enhances skid resistance, ensuring safe vehicle operation at high speeds, especially under the humid and rainy weather conditions typical in Northern Vietnam. With strong construction capabilities, BMT mobilized modern paving equipment, high-capacity asphalt plants, and a team of experienced engineers to execute the project on time, with top quality, and in absolute safety — meeting the strict technical requirements of the Client and the standards of a national expressway. The Da Nang – Quang Ngai Expressway is the first modern expressway in Central Vietnam, spanning 139 kilometers and connecting Da Nang, Quang Nam, and Quang Ngai provinces. As part of the Eastern North–South Expressway, the route is designed for a maximum speed of 120 km/h and plays a strategic role in linking the key economic zones of the Central Region.BMT Construction Investment Joint Stock Company was honored to participate in the project as a subcontractor for Packages A4 and A5, undertaking the complete execution of the asphalt pavement structure. The Ben Luc – Long Thanh Expressway is one of Vietnam’s national key infrastructure projects, with a total length of nearly 58 kilometers. It connects the Mekong Delta with the Southeast region without passing through the inner city of Ho Chi Minh City. This expressway plays a strategic role in the inter-regional traffic network and links directly to major transportation axes such as Ring Road 3, Long Thanh International Airport, the HCMC – Trung Luong Expressway, and the HCMC – Long Thanh – Dau Giay Expressway. BMT Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is proud to be both the supplier of hot mix asphalt (HMA) and the contractor responsible for pavement works on several critical packages of this project. In addition to supplying materials, BMT directly executed pavement construction for several key work packages, including A5, A7, A1, and J2, all of which involved high-volume output and strict technical specifications. By simultaneously taking on both roles – material supplier and construction contractor – BMT has demonstrated its comprehensive capabilities in transportation infrastructure and reaffirmed its solid position in national-level strategic projects.

The Trung Luong – My Thuan Expressway is a vital arterial road stretching over 51 kilometers, passing through five districts of Tien Giang Province. It plays a strategic role in connecting Ho Chi Minh City with the Mekong Delta region and significantly easing traffic congestion on National Highway 1A – the busiest roadway in Vietnam. The project was developed under a Public–Private Partnership (PPP) model in the form of a BOT contract, with a total construction cost for phase 1 exceeding VND 12,000 billion. BMT Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is one of the three main investors, contributing over 10% of the total capital. In addition to its investment role, BMT directly executed several major work packages of the project, with a total contract value of over VND 600 billion. BMT's scope of work includes: • Soft ground treatment • Roadbed and pavement construction • Construction of overpass bridge structures All packages undertaken by BMT met strict technical and aesthetic requirements, making a significant contribution to the project’s progress and ensuring the overall quality of the expressway upon commissioning.

Saigon 2 Bridge is an overpass structure built parallel to the existing Saigon Bridge, located on Hanoi Highway – the arterial traffic route at the eastern gateway of Ho Chi Minh City. The project has a total length of nearly 1 km, designed with 4 automobile lanes and 1 mixed-use lane, with an operating speed of 80 km/h. BMT Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is honored to be the supplier and constructor of hot mix asphalt for the project, executing high-specification pavement items, including: • C12.5 Asphalt Concrete Layer, 5 cm thick – ensuring durability and high load-bearing capacity. • VTO (Very Thin Overlay) Surface Course, 3 cm thick – enhancing surface friction and ensuring traffic safety under heavy traffic conditions. All materials were produced at BMT’s modern mixing plant system, strictly quality-controlled in accordance with Class I urban bridge and road technical standards. With an urgent construction schedule and high technical requirements, BMT's dual role as both supplier and contractor contributed significantly to the project's success, reaffirming BMT’s strong position in major transportation infrastructure projects in Ho Chi Minh City and the Southeast region.

Thu Thiem Tunnel is a national key infrastructure project, connecting District 1 city center with the Thu Thiem New Urban Area (Thu Duc City) via Mai Chi Tho – Vo Van Kiet Boulevard. This is the first submerged tunnel in Vietnam, applying modern immersed tunnel technology, with a total length of nearly 1.5 km, 6 traffic lanes, and a design speed of 60 km/h.BMT Construction Investment Joint Stock Company is honored to be the supplier and direct contractor for all hot mix asphalt pavement works inside and outside the tunnel.
